This is a work in progress...I'm trying to make a list, kind of my own eco-audit showing everything I buy and use, and what I need to change to make it greener.
Although it's still in progress, writing this list has made it so much easier to actually SEE the huge amount of stuff I use and to really think properly about the simple things I can do to have less of an impact on the earth.
For the sake of clarification my (generalised) definition of products that are eco friendly are ones that have (or are)...
* no packaging
* recyclable packaging
* reusable
* made in the UK (if possible)
* organic (if possible)
* fairtraide (if possible)
* biodegradable (if possible)
* no or few chemicals/non toxic
* vegan
I also want to reduce the amount of plastic I use to a very minimal amount.
Things I want to find greener alternatives for are highlighted in yellow!
